Every technical decision starts with one question — how does this serve the person using it? Architecture, tooling, and code are means to an end. The end is a great experience.
I'm not motivated by shipping features for the sake of it. What drives me is building things that genuinely matter — solutions that make someone's day easier, faster, or better.
Clean code is important, but it's not the goal. The goal is what the customer holds in their hands. I stay focused on the end product and work backwards from there.
