Velliv is modernizing mission-critical pension operations by moving from a legacy workflow platform to cloud-native orchestration with Camunda SaaS. The team is implementing high-impact processes using Connectors, serverless integrations, and a tailored task experience that aligns with Velliv's front-end strategy. This session highlights how the solution handles seasonal demand spikes, improves throughput and resilience, and enhances observability.
